Previous year's exhibitors will automatically be sent application forms in February of the current year.
Application forms are not available on the website – if you wish to apply for a site please contact the Show Secretary by 13th May to see if there is still space savailable.
.All trade stands are 7m deep with a minimum frontage of 5m (Breed Societies only may have 3m). Maximum site size 30m frontage.
The cost is £14.00 pm frontage (i.e. a 5m stand = £70.00)
Charities: first 5m @ 50% reduction i.e. £7.00 Subsequent metres full price of £14.00
Please note that only 14 charities are accepted initially with preference being given to SW based
organisations.
All stands are outside space only – there is no covered shopping mall. We do not supply electricity.
Food traders are not usually accepted on our trade stand sites but are welcome to apply for space in the Devon Food Hall if it is available.
The Show is not registered for VAT purposes
